So when I turn on my car of course it blows hot air when the A/C barely turns on, but it stays blowing hot air until I start moving the car then cold air starts blowing. And when I’m stopped at a light hot air blows. It had never done this before so what could it be?

Good morning,

This sounds like the cooling fan for the condenser is not working.

Do you have a test light or voltmeter to do some checks? I attached a wiring diagram for you to view and we need to do some checks.

WARNING:
Do not remove the radiator cap when the engine is hot. Serious burns could occur from high pressure coolant escaping from the radiator. Wrap a thick cloth around the radiator cap. Slowly turn it a quarter turn to allow built-up pressure to escape. Carefully remove the radiator cap by turning it all the way.
NOTE:
When removing components such as hoses, tubes/lines, etc., cap or plug openings to prevent fluid from spilling.

REMOVAL

1.Partially drain engine coolant from radiator. Refer to "Changing Engine Coolant" See: Coolant > Procedures > Changing Engine Coolant.

CAUTION:
Perform when engine is cold.
2.Remove engine room cover. Refer to "Removal and Installation" See: Access Cover, Engine > Removal and Replacement > Exploded View.
3.Remove TCM. Refer to "Removal and Installation" See: Control Module, CVT > Removal and Replacement > Removal and Installation.
4.Remove battery tray. Refer to "Removal and Installation (Battery Tray)" See: Battery Tray > Removal and Replacement > Removal and Installation.
5.Disconnect radiator hose (upper).
6.Disconnect the harness connectors from the radiator cooling fan motor.
7.Remove radiator cooling fan assembly.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Radiator cooling fans are controlled by ECM. Refer to "Description" See: Cooling System Component Tests and General Diagnostics > Cooling Fan.

Okay, the first thing I would do is have the Freon pressures tested.

You may be low in Freon. You can rent a set of gauges at a parts store or buy a cheap set at Harbor Freight.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/re-charge-an-air-conditioner-system

I need to see both the high and low side pressures at idle.

That was done today old Freon was gotten out and new one is and and pressure were checked and they were good. But A/C still won’t be cold until the car is moving.

Okay, then testing needs to be done for the cooling fans as I suggested in the beginning.
