These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related content, services, features, tools, or applications (collectively, the "Service").

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and restrict access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
Except for User Content (defined below), all content, software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials on or used in connection with the Service ("Site Content") are owned by or licensed to 2CarPros and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2CarPros does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2CARPROS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 2CARPROS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO 2CARPROS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100. (Because the Service is free, this usually means $100.)
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 2CarPros, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 2CarPros agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that you may bring claims only on your own behalf. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding.
Jury Trial Waiver: You and 2CarPros waive the right to a jury trial.
The arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as AAA or JAMS) under its consumer arbitration rules, except as modified by this Agreement. If a court determines any part of this section is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Exception: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in that court on an individual basis. Either party may also seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court (such as small claims or injunctive relief), you agree that venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including for suspected violations of these Terms or for security, technical, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including the warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions.

Experts are independent contractors and may be issued IRS Form 1099 where applicable. Experts are solely responsible for their own taxes and compliance obligations.
To the extent permitted by law, expert and user submissions provided through the Service are treated as User Content and subject to the license grant in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between 2CarPros and any expert.
