Hello there, have you been able to determine if there is a spark or fuel issue? I have found many rotted wires on Eclipses unfortunately, you can do any easy check for power at all the fusible links. They are just like a fuse except it is a wire that burns if too much current flow happens. They rot all the time. Here is a few diagrams to help you get started:

Sorry it took me so long to reply. I have been working six days a week and trying to work on my vehicles at same time. The issue was the angle crank sensor.
