I am using starting fluid to get my truck running and after a few seconds it cuts back off. When I spray it again it starts all over again. What could be the problem?

Good morning,

This sounds like a fuel delivery issue from a possible bad fuel pump. You need to let the pressure. You can rent a tester at a parts store to verify the fuel pump.

With the ignition "on" and the engine "off" (zero vacuum), system fuel pressure at the pressure test connection should be 284-325 kPa (41-47 psi).

I also attached the wiring diagram of the system for you. You need to check the fuses and the relay for power.
