Engine overheating

I go less then five miles then when I check the the coolant I have to add water all the time.

Hello,

Can you see where it might be leaking from? Is there coolant on the ground?
Typical coolant leaks are from the radiator, hoses, water pump housing to name a few.

If the coolant leaks out then the car will overheat and if you let it go for too long it can severely damage the engine. So it is critical to find the leak and get it fixed.
