Hello,

Is the security light flashing when you try and crank it over? if so here is a guide to help you reset it:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system

Also you can have a bad connection at the battery.

The car was turning over but not starting I changed the big battery fuse. Now it does not do anything. The light goes off while cranking. Now the key fob opens the doors and windows I guess that's good.

And the fan comes on when I turn key on, but I pulled relay it went off. Let me ask you this, if fob opens doors and windows I guess that means the battery is okay in it right? Also, can you show me a picture of how the harness is hooked up to battery fuse so I can make sure I got it all right? Because it has two plugs that plug in bottom of battery fuse. Brown plugged in on left grey on right.

It sounds like you reset the security system by pulling the fuse. It sounds like the battery is weak though. Let try this test:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test

Do you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
