Low range message but have gas

I have three quarters of a tank of gas, yet get the message "low range". Car will not start and does not crank over, although the dash and headlights have power and battery is fine.

Hello,

It sounds like the dash integration module is having problems but to be sure we should check the fuses to make sure they are all good. ALDL and voltage check fuses.
