Sometimes the car will not start it just makes a clicking noise. I usually have to wait fifteen minutes or more and then the car will start, however the other day the car did not start until the next day. The battery voltage is good no codes and no dash lights are on. The chime is now extremely low I am barely able to hear it.

Check the battery for condition including load test most places do for free. Then try resetting the security system. if you do not have a manual you can look online for your car. if it continues get it scanned for codes as it may be a problem with security system or something else.

Here is a great article and video on testing your battery yourself;

This article can help you with scanning for codes;

I hope this helps you.
