Wont start

Battery is good, but wont turn over it has a light on the dash thats looks like a pad lock. I think its some kind of alarm or anti thieft. Please help I need this car to start.

It sounds like the anti theft light so most likely it is a failure in the anti theft system. You would have to check to see what codes it has in the body control module. Which diyer scan tools cannot read. You can try relearning the pass lock sensor and see if it will start so you can take it somewhere to have it looked at.
