Heat and AC does not work

So the fan works on all speeds but no temperature control? Can you still select defrost/vent/floor modes? No heat or no cold air usually points to a bad blend door but to lose both sounds like the door may be stuck in cold and the AC does not function.
Do you notice any change in the air temperature if the outside temperature changes?
Try running the on board EATC test by pushing "off" and "floor" simultaneously and then "auto" within two seconds. The display will go blank for about twenty seconds. Then if there is a problem it should display a code. If the display just stays blank then there should be no codes. Write down any codes then select "off" to exit the test.
If there are codes post them here and we can start with them. If no codes it will be a bit harder but not impossible.
