Is it getting signal through the cycling switch (low side)? If pressures are good, then it is electrical, need to find out where the signal stops. Do you have a trigger signal at the relay from the PCM? Does the relay have power? Is the ground good at the compressor?

It seems likely that either your blower motor is bad, or your blower motor controller is bad.

I personally own a 2000 Lincoln Town car. Mine also has EATC (Electronic Automotic Temperature Control). With this setup an electronic blower controller is used in place of the blower resistor. The blower controller is located inder the hood, nearly centered with the car, but slighty toward the passenger side. It is mounted in the HVAC ductwork just behind the engine. Removing the cowling made access a lot easier for me, when I was replacing mine.

Good luck,
Tony

Air Conditioning problem
2000 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles

AC works fine (cools down to 45F), but stops working and blows hot air into the car as soon as the outside temperature reaches 84F or more.
The stop comes earlier if it runs with max AC. If it is set on automatic AC, I think it runs longer.
Even after long drives and hot temperatures (with hot air blowing into the car), the AC comes back by itself if the outside temperature falls below 84F.
I replaced the coolant already twice (by a professional, he also checked for leaking, but said everything looks fine). A Ford dealer checked it for a day, but found nothing.

Check for codes

Ensure coolant temperature is at least 120 °F (49 °C) before entering self-diagnostics.
Ensure in-car temperature is between 40-90 °F (4-32 °C).
Simultaneously depress OFF and FLOOR buttons, then press AUTO button within 2 seconds.
Display will show a dashed line in the center of the display window for up to 30 seconds while test is running. Record all DTCs as displayed.

Check and suspect sunload sensor
check coolant fan operation
check if system was over charged

Im going to suggest that you go here

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/mitchell1eautorepair-car-repair-manuals

This is to Mitchell, the online program used in shops.Go to "electrical", "wiring diagrams", "a/c" there you will see the entire circuit so you can match up the colors to see what is going where
