Okay, if it does not crank, I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the fuses for power on both sides. It could be the relay but needs to be confirmed. Check the fuses with a voltmeter for power on both sides of the fuse.
If the engine does crank, then you need to test for fuel pressure, compression, and spark. The compression should be 140-160. You can rent a tester at a parts store.
