Car will not start and key get stuck

The dash say service theft system and I am getting error codes U0100, C0243, C0244 U1000, and U1016 what do I need to do to fix the problem.

Reset theft system instructions in pic. The c codes are from the abs unit and it may have a short in it or short in wiring a pro should look at this. The U codes should also be looked at by a pro as it may be a can buss problem in wiring or connections.
