Vehicle does not start

Firstly, it was long self to start, mechanic said due to poor compression so I replaced piston with ring, engine valve, but now it would not start technician checked high pressure pump, Injector and replaced fuel filter, but still the problem is same. He had changed the rail pressure sensor due to no voltage at injector, but still there is no current at injector courler. What is the problem please help?

Scan for codes first and check fuel pressure with a gauge in US auto parts rent it.
