I have an AXODE that is dropping in and out of gear, by itself. It does it at ten mph and thirty five mph, varies. When it drops out, if I increase the engines rpm's. It will go into gear with a hard hit. The filter and fluid were changed less than a year ago. The fluid is full.

Good afternoon.

I would change the fluid and filter again.

Make sure you check the fluid level as well. If it is good and the filter is not clogged, you have internal issues with the transmission.
