Truck will not shift into gear unless it is pretty warmed up

My truck will not shift into gear unless it is pretty warmed up, and even then it has a hard time. I have replaced the transmission fluid, and the clutch has plenty of pressure, which I hope rules out the slave cylinder.

Hello,

This sounds like you have a clutch disc that is falling apart or the pilot bearing is seizing up.
