When I go to start it, it just turns but no crank, it does crank with starter fluid only for a brief second and it cuts back off. Getting fuel to the injectors but still no crank. Also checked to see if the plug were getting spark and they are. Please help, lol. I'm at a loss here.

Good morning,

The first thing you need to do is check the fuel pressure. Without the proper pressure. it will not start. I attached the pressure reading below. You can rent a tester at a parts store for the test. There is a fitting on the fuel rail.

Since it runs with starter fluid, you have spark and makes it a fuel issue. The next step would be to check the voltage to the injectors. You need one wire on the connector to have battery voltage with the key on. If there is not, check the fuses I circled for power on both sides. If there is power, you will need a noid light to see if the injector is being commanded to open and flow fuel.

If you have the pulse or flashing light at the noid light while cranking it could be the fuel pressure being low.

If you do not have the flashing light, it could be the ECM not grounding the injectors to fire.
