Slave cylinder and throw out bearing replacement

I am needing a slave cylinder and throw out bearing for my car listed above gt model. All the slave cylinders I see have 2 holes at the bottom where you connect it, but I am needing one that has 4 holes at the bottom where it connects. Where can I get that? Down below is a picture of what I need but instead of just having 2 holes I need 4 as you can see in the picture.

Yes, that’s the same part. As you can see in the image there are 4 holes but the only one I can find for this has 2 holes.

I have never seen one with 4. I even checked the 5.4L and it's the same as the 5.0 and 3.7. Have you contacted the dealer to see if they have any suggestions? Did you remove 4 bolts?
