New radiator, new head gasket, new thermostat, purged, still wants to over heat while setting in drive for a while or if you run air.

More than likely we have a restriction in the system, so we need to start with checking the temperature around the engine and the radiator to find out if there is a hot spot and cooler spot next to it. I understand the radiator is new but let's check it just to be sure.

If there is, then this is where the restriction is.

Also, this will tell us if the engine is actually getting hot or not as we could have an issue with the sensor.

In order to find out if this is an issue, we need to monitor the voltage on the sensor and make sure voltage moves smoothly and steadily as the engine heats up.

If the voltage jumps, then the sensor is not accurate.
