Good afternoon!

Seeing as you have done all of that already, I think we can safely say that its not any of those three things.

First I have a question.
Does the engine overheat only when you are not moving? Does it stay cool when you are moving down the highway? Or does it always overheat no matter what you are doing?

I am assuming that you have also made sure the coolant reservoir is full as well. That said, I would start looking at the radiator and fan portion of the cooling system.

Things to check:
1. Check that the radiator is not clogged up with debris (paper, grass, mud etc.) And that air can move through the radiator freely.
2. Check to see if the internal passages in the radiator are plugged up with deposits.
3. Have the coolant fill cap inspected to see if it is holding the right amount of pressure. (Usually 14 PSI)
4. Check to see if the fans are working. Turn the AC on full. Check to see if the cooling fans are powered up and spinning.

Regards,
Jon
