Hello,

Okay, so let's start working the fuel pump circuit backwards from the fuel pump until we find the bad section of the circuit, You will have to use a multi-meter to do this, so here is a link down below for you, if you are not familiar with how do use one:

Okay, so can you take a voltage reading at pin C3 of the Fuel Pump Prime Connector that connects to the Fuel Pump Relay in the Under hood Fuse Box. In the diagrams down below I have included a wiring diagram of the fuel pump circuit and a diagram with callout and location of the Under hood Fuse Box for reference. Also, you will need an assistant to turn the vehicle to "run" while you get the reading. This is necessary because the fuel pump only turns on for two to three seconds to prime the system then shuts off. Please get back to us with what you find out.

Thanks,
Alex

These are the relay pins.
Pin 30 had constant power. Pin 85 had 12v but didn't shut off after 2-3 seconds. It remained at 12 volts and starting dropping very slowly. .1 volts about every 5 seconds.

Hello,

Your Fuel Pump Relay is bad and should be replaced. Pin #85 should be going to ground from the electromagnetic coil in the relay and should have no more than 0.1 Volts at any time in a healthy relay. Please put in a new Fuel Pump Relay and get back to us with how everything turns out.

Thanks,
Alex
