1995 GMC Sonoma fuel pump/relay

Get no fuel pressure when fuel filter is loosened. I own no voltmeter. Fuses inside cab okay. Is there any way to see if the problem is the fuel pump relay before I replace the fuel pump?

Welcome to the forum, I'd check voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector, engine cranking. If no voltage, backtrack the circuit. I guess to start, you can use a testlite on the circuit. Check for trouble codes, if your still obd 1 compliant.
