Heater problem
1997 Isuzu Rodeo Question 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles

I have checked the blower motor and it works when you hook it up to the battery and i have checked the fuse and replaced the ac blower motor switch that is right next to the blower motor and still noting. I think there is a 100A relay or one of the black box relays under the hood that i need to check. If so i need to know the exact location of that relay in the box as i have no cover for the fuse/relay box under my hood so i have no idea which one it is. Please help!

First of all thank you so much for your donation. The blue and white wire to your blower motor should have battery voltage to it with the key in the run position. Also the black wire to the fan switch should have 2 ohm's or less to ground.Let me know what you find.

I wasn't being specific when i said check the blue and white wire to your blower motor should have battery voltage to it with the key in the run position also the black wire to the fan switch should have 2 ohm's or less to ground. That sound's specific to me that check's the relay and power coming into the motor. Also check's the ground feed to speed control switch. Then we can check the resistor next.I posted the relay location for you it's the x6 relay in the diagram i posted. But if you have battery voltage to the blower motor wire blue and white then the relay is good and doesn't need to be checked. That's why i was having you check that.I also posted a wire diagram so you could follow along so you could see what you were testing and why.Let me know what you find.
