We only handle one problem at a time, please start a new question for the B0022 code, we will handle the horn problem on this thread. I would first check the horn fuse which is under the hood as the "horn" fuse 15 amp, if that is okay I would swap out the horn relay which is in the same fuse panel under the hood. If those are good there is a horn ground G108 which is at the left radiator support bracket. This guide can help
