2003 Honda Pilot

After starting the engine and stepping on the brake the trans. Sometimes will not shift out of park. Is there a solenoid that prevents you from shifting the trans untill you step on the brake? I can hear a clicking noise when I step on the brake and everything works properly. How hard is the solenoid to change and can it be lubed?
