MY CAR WAS BONE DRY. THE OIL LIGHT NEVER CAME ON AT ALL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS IT WOULDN'T START UP ONE DAY. IT SOUNDED AS THOUGH IT WERE THE BATTERY. ONCE I REPLACED THE OIL A ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THEN WENT BACK OFF AFTER 15 MINUTES. WHAT COULD GO WRONG? WHAT SHOULD I BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR AS I'M DRIVING IT? AND SHOULD I TAKE IT IN FOR SOMETHING TO BE REPLACED?

Hi there,

I would be having the oil pressure tested& also the compressions, just to make sure that you have done no internal damage, also have the oil consumption looked into as it is going to be a cause of concern.
