2003 Honda Pilot misfire codes 911

Check engine light came on and I pulled the codes: p0301, p0302, p0303, p0304, p0305, p0300. The engine idles and runs smooth with some loss of power. I accelerated in neutral and found that at about 5000 rpm, the acceleration gets erratic as if there was a rev limiter.
I replaced the spark plugs, egr valves, cleaned intake and replaced all gaskets with no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

I would do a compression test to rule that out.

All you do is remove all the spark plugs then screw in the compression tester hose hook up the gauge. Thenhold tthe throttle wide open crank the engine over 10 ten times write down the readings. Then check the other cylinders the same way.

Compression sounds good have you checked the fuel pressure yet?Does it miss fire at low rpm under load?Miss fire at only during acceleration?Or miss fire high ROMs under load or under random conditions?

The engine runs smooth under all conditions. There is only one thing that does not sound right coming from the engine. When I accelerate under load over 2000 rpm, the engine makes a whistling sound. My wife says it sounds like the Jetsons automobile. Other than that, the car runs fine. If it wasn't for the 4-wheel drive disengaging, I could live with the check engine light on. I will clear the codes again and hope for some luck.
