Headlights don't work I pull the knob?

That is for the dash lights and interior light. Turn it one way and the instrument lighting will get dimmer, turn it the other way and they will get brighter, keep going and the interior lights should come on. The headlight dimmer is in the switch on the steering column, it is part of the turn signal switch. With the headlights on you pull the stalk toward the wheel and it will click, Then the headlights will change from high to low or from low to high. On high beam you should also get a blue light on the dash to tell you it is on high beam.

Ok so when I pull the knob I still get no lights I replaced the bulbs and noticed the connector on 1 of the headlight assemblies prong inside were bet so I straitened them out and still no headlightsith the clicking u spoke of do you mean from the fuse box under the glovebox or thknob and is it when turning them on or off or just on

The clicking should happen in the dimmer switch in the steering column when you pull the lever up toward the steering wheel. That switch should click, then pull it again and it should click. As far as the wiring and bulbs, you already said that they come on when you pull up the lever into the flash to pass, so it isn't the bulbs, it is either no power into the switch or a bad dimmer switch in the column.
