Headlights dimming while driving?

When driving all interior lights and headlights go dim and then go bright again and again. I have replaced the battery already and it did not help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a bad alternator or a loose ground.

Like mastertechtim said, its with the alternator, more specifically the voltage regulator inside the alternator. They are $20 at autozone and is way cheaper than buying a new alternator. If you need instructions on how to change it, let me know
