It's hard to put tranmission in first and reverse from a stand still. It goes in, but with a little grinding. If the truck rolls a little, I can put it in gear without any problem. The tranmission doesn't slip while I drive so I don't believe the clutch is going out, but who knows. The fluid level in the clutch master cylinder is full.

Make sure the clutch fluid is full and there are no leaks. If everything looks good, chances are the pressure plate is the problem. Do you ever get any chattering when releasing the clutch?
