Blinkers do not work

The blinkers don't work, it won't Boost the blinkers won't work the wipers don't work the sunroof won't open the boot latch won't open with the button inside the car. I replace the SAM module. I have checked all fuses and relays replace the blinker switch it the blinkers will work when the car is not running soon as it starts they don't work. But the wiper still don't work. What could this problem? Replace the batteries well.
