I got the car and it was sitting for 5 years not started once. So I replaced the brakes, spark plugs, belt idler (now loose and doesn't want to keep tension), belt, fuel filter, starter, ignition transformer capacitor, brand new battery, but when I crank it doesn't want to start. I have diagnosed that the Keep Alive Memory voltage low code has come up P1633 is the code, and P1000 OBDII system check incomplete, and B1318 Low battery voltage at Module. I know I have fuel coming because after removing the spark plugs a few of the injectors popped off the o-ring and leaked fuel on top but is fixed now but noticed no or low voltage coming to the ignition coils. Is there another issue I have here I am not certain about or could I possibly get some help if anyone can guide me? I am a tech myself and I am stumped currently.

Use a test light to check for spark to the plug wires while you are cranking it. Also spray carburetor cleaner in the throttle body to check if the fuel pump is operating.

I attempted that before and when cranking test light was weak like there wasn't enough power and when I sprayed throttle cleaner through vacuum line still did not start.

Good evening,

After 5 years a lot is needed before running.

Every fluid in the car must be replaced. That includes engine oil, filter, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, differential fluid and most of all fuel. It is not good and must be drained, the tank removed and flushed with a new pump assembly, filter and the lines flushed of all the old fuel.

All the other items you have done are good but it takes a lot to bring a car back from sitting all this time.
