Radio not working

That would be great. I did not put the clip/cover back on. I simply stuck the fuse back into the socket. Makes me think though that the clip is something to insure that the fuse does not pop out. Aside from the clip, the fuse location itself is spaced differently from all the other fuses as if this was some kind of special fuse. Anyway, will look forward to hearing from you if you are able to find out anything about the clip/cover and uniqueness or extra importance of this particular fuse.

I have an 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 long bed 4 wheel drive 5.9 gas. Fuse number 12 keeps blowing and from the diagram I have seen it is my constant 12v for radio and dome lights. It mainly blows when I open the driver door. I am trying to trace the short but can't find real schematics. Any help or suggestions?
