2006 Dodge Ram 1500 electrical

My truck's radio comes on when I turn the key on, but after I start it when the engine is cold, the radio does not come back on. I have also noticed that my cabin light, after I turn the key off, stays on for approx. 10-15 seconds then abruptly goes out. I think they're connected. I appreciate your input.

As far as your radio, you may need to take it to dealership, let them reprogram the radio. I found the tsb below.

As far as the interior lite, maybe just a safety feature. On some makes and models, that is normal.
