Thank you for your response please I ask of you to let subside that issue for a moment. I am trying to get my vehicle safety ready to drive from California back home to Ohio. I have another issue I'm trying to fix my horn a while back when it beeps on the horn it got stuck so I pulled off the freeway and I pulled out the fuse. I bought the books I went online I am unable to figure out how to get to my horn okay there's four bolts in the back excuse me not bolts screws and the back of my steering wheel in addition to that I have that plastic this plastic cover when I try to pull it off it's really hurting my fingers I don't know how to pop it off can you help me with this issue to fix my horn because it's stuck if I put my fuse back in it'll stay on please I'm trying to get home before the weather won't permit me to do so, or covid again and again.

Okay, thank you. New question.
I have researched on web and book for how to disassemble the steering wheel to have access to my horn. I'm positive it's inside because when I hit it one day on the freeway it's stuck so I had to take out the fuse out of the engine compartment. The ones explaining to me if the in fact the horn is attached to the airbag that's in there and how to pop off the steering so that I could get to it the horn that is. Thank you. I hope I explained it correctly.
