My clutch works fine on short distances. However, when I am going like over forty five minutes driving my truck, not using the clutch all the time, sometimes being on the expressway, when I stop and try to go again, the clutch catches real to the top, the tires screech and then will not go fast. This only happens after it has been driven over forty five minutes.

Good evening,

Does the pedal feel change when it is not working correctly?

The hydraulic clutch system provides automatic clutch adjustment for disc wear. The clutch actuation system does not have free play. It is automatically self-adjusting and will not require any routine service throughout the life of the clutch. No adjustment of clutch linkage or clutch pedal position is required.

How old is the clutch? It sounds like the clutch is overheated.
