The running lights quit working?

If getting laid off wasn't enough, the running lights quit working on my tahoe -- fuse #15 looked good but I replaced it just in case but they still are not working -- any ideas?

There is a PARKLAMP fuse #9 in the interior fuse panel I would check here is a guide to help and the running light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works with the fuse locations as well.
