I had a bunch of codes fixed them then I had an 02 bank 1 sensor 1. Fixed that. Now a multi misfire it runs sluggish will stall out. I have replaced the 02 sensor, plugs wires, had injectors cleaned, changed the fuel pump and filter and sensor. With the fuel pump I changed the throttle body and sensors, some new coil packs and the relay that the coils run to. Basically you name it I have tried. I do not know what else to do!

This sounds like you have a crankshaft angle sensor that is not working right which will not set a code. Here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when doing the job:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/crankshaft-angle-sensor-replacement

Just is case lets run the codes again.

Please run down these guides and report back.

I have already replaced that. It still hesitates to start, it had a misfire code first then that went away, then the 02 code then that went away, then no code and now misfire. But I have replaced all the above including the crank sensor and the problem is still there! I do not know what else to try.

Okay, lets test the fuel pump which go out all the time in these trucks. Here is a guide to help you test the pressure which should be between 55 and 62 PSI:

Please run down this guide and report back.
