1998 Chevy Silverado fuel pump

Disconnected fuel line by fuelr filter, turned engine over, but no fuel came out. Replaced relay-still nothing. Want to replace the fuse but can't find it. Can you tell me where it is located? Also, can you test the fuel pump without having to drop the tank and take it out?

Yes there is a way to test it make sure your body ground is connected unplug the fuel pump plug next to the gas tank run a hot wire to the plug and touch one of the prongs inside the plug one of them should kick the pump off dont hold it there 12v will burn it out
