No power to the wire to the fuel pump

Hello,

No power to the fuel pump, typically points to a bad fuel pump relay. It could also be short in the wiring.
First check the relay. The Fuel Pump Relay is located in the under-hood fuse box. That fuse box is located in the left rear side of the engine compartment, on the fender (see diagram below).

Check for any corrosion or burn pins.
You can also test that relay.
