Head lights only work in the day not at night

Why do my headlights only work during the day and not at night. Any thoughts?

Hi,

If they only work on the daylight running light selection, my first suspect is that the DRL relay is bad or the headlamp switch has lost ground. I attached two pics. The first shows the relay for the DRL and how power flows through it to the lights. The next pic shows the ground for the headlamp switch.

The last picture shows 4 fuses to check. The DRL has a separate fuse.

Last, I would suggest testing the DRL relay and the headlamp relays. The last pic shows the headlamp relay. Here is a link to help you check:
