Battery replacement issues?

The battery drained in the car. I jump started it but after I jump started it when I pressed on the gas it would not move the car. The transmission was working fine before the battery drained.

Does the engine rev up when you press the accelerator? If so, I would do a hard reboot of the computer system.

This will reset the system and give it a chance to recompile the operating system. Let me know how it goes.

Lets check the transmission fluid and run the codes, also please check the fuses, sometimes you may have a voltage spike which can pop a fuse, here are three guides to go over to help us see what is going on:
