I am have problems with all door controls I checked all the fuses in the side panel of the dash and under the hood. Is there any place else there could be fuses or relays keyless entry dosen't work as well
Open the driver door and check the wiring that is in the wiring loom (black rubber boot that looks like an accordion).
Over time, wires will break due to flexing from the door opening and closing.
Repair the broken wires and see if things work again.

Checked the loom today found several wires broken. I attempted to repair them but only a few things came back online. We are looking at getting a new wire hireness. The wires from the body to the door are pulled very tight when the door is opened. Is this a common problem with the jetta. Thanks for your help I wouldnt have thought of that.

Sorry, yes this is common even with earlier model years. Weird that they can't design a better way to run wires.
