Is an engine flush good for the car every 60,000 miles?

Engine flush, what is that exactly? Do you mean coolant flush? Do you mean something that you would put in with the oil? If the car has received regular oil changes, the need for a "flush" is a moot point. Coolant flushing is needed approx. Every 3-4 years because coolant can become old and cause issues, consider it preventive maintanence.
