As far as the oil leak from the front timing cover area its most likely the front seal no 900 repair. Those single cam engines when they leak oil from the head gasket they would leak over by the power steering pump. The later model engines like yours I really havent seen leak oil from the head gasket.I would clean all the oil up and put in some oil dye and use a dye light to find the oil leaks.

Well I took off the valve cover and Theres not sludge. Looks a little dry. Drivers side is so clean you can see the brass. And left has some oil. The leak is above and around the filter under the power steering pump.

What the rockers look like is very common the driverside is usually pretty clean and passenger side always looks like yours. As far as the oil leak over by the power steering pump are you sure the valve cover isnt leaking?

Yes I'm pretty sure I wiped all around the outside and there was noting. The seal was good all around also. Is it possible the filter is leaking and some how oil is getting all around the area. There is a lot of oil above and around but there is not oil on the ground.I cant see where its coming from.I am going to change the filter again. And try to clean up the area a bit more. I tried a bit today but its snowing.

OK, sorry I don't get you.I understand if the filter is loose or has two gaskets it can leak. But The valve cover part what dose that have to do with it. And I don't see a leak there it dry and clean. If there was a leak that would be the spot it would leak on.

Hey, I have a question. Now would having no valve gasket on the engine. With no signs of leaks cause oil pressure issues. Even with no signs of leaks from the valve body.
