2000 Dodge Neon Electrical

The Fuse light flashes three times when I turn on the car at first by the odometer the radio cuts on and off randomly, battery light comes on about one mile into driving the car but doesn't die. Also the engine runs rough and shakes really bad. My air condition does not work either.

There is no fuse light. Can you post a picture of the light?

Have the alternator and battery checked. Low voltage will cause all kinds of issues.

I had just recently replace the alternator and checked the battery voltage and both seem to be working the way they are supposed to.
Because the battery light did come on, my radio turns on and off at random when I accelerate It seems to happen. Maybe a wire is loose? My lights all internal and my head lights flicker like there isn't a steady current of electricity for to them.
But here are the pictures one is of the mileage and the other days fuse when I first turn on my neon.
