1998 Dodge Neon. Temperature gauge runs hot while AC is running. When not using AC, temperature gauge is normal. Compressor and dryer have been replaced recently and AC recharged by dealer. What else could cause this to run hot?

Just to add to this one another thing I have seen is the a/c condensor and or radiator with debris in it not allowing proper air flow thru it.
