A/C not blowing cold air

It does blow air and the controls all appear to be working. I tried checking the refrigerant levels and that’s where I need help with. The low side hose looks like it’s rigged by someone else and a regular A/C gauge fitting won’t go on it. The fitting in this hose is smaller and looks like a tire a tire valve. I included a picture of what I found. Could someone tell me if my car has the wrong hose line? Please

That is not your low side port. The green cap is indicating the EVAP system and it looks like there is a tag on there as well that states this. That is for your emissions system.

Below is a chart that will help with pressure readings once we get this and the other is a location on the lines where these ports should be.

Take a look at this and let us know if you have questions and then what your pressures are with the engine off and then with the engine on and A/C on.
