2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse air not cooling

My air conditioner in my car is not blowing cold air. The compressor is kicking on and it is fully charged with coolant. When you turn the air on the light comes on but blows hot air. The lines under the hood do not get cold like they should. What do I need to do? I live in Texas and it is very hot in a black car with black interior.

Im having the same problem with one that im working on right now as well. Compressor had failed condenser failed both replaced and still blowing warm. Low Side line doesnt cool at all. Two things that I worry possible clog in the liquid line or Expansion Valve but not sure. Im also seeking some help here.
