Cutts out on acelleration

I own a 97 GMC seirra 5.7 vortec with 290,000 miles and the past few days it hesitates to accelerate, like when I try to speed up to get on the expressway it cuts out and I have to ease off the accelerator to gain speed, almost as if it were running out of gas. Ive replaced plugs, wires, cap, and bug, also fuel filter. I also ran some seafoam in the gas and intake cleaner in the intake. Ive had a check engine on for three years now and when I ran the intake cleaner it shut the engine light off. Also any suggestions on maintenance to help my truck running better?
